The one2one ministry uses relational evangelism to break through barriers and to model and share the Christian Faith. EuroTeam's focus is to help special-needs youth gain self-esteem and confidence, and to introduce them to the Life-giver, Jesus Christ. EuroTeam will also provide the necessary follow-up to help them grow and live a dynamic Christian Life (Eph. 6:19).
Through service projects, such as 12-day construction projects or TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) camps, EuroTeam has connected Belarusian young people with North American and European Christians. Through painting, landscaping, renovating, and doing chores together, as well as through language study, strong relational bonds are forged. These bonds win the serving believers the right to share their lives, and in particular, their relationship with Jesus Christ.

The one2one Program has touched many lives. For many of these people, it is their first exposure to the Good News of Jesus Christ. Here are a few comments from some of our Belarusian participants:
“I am very happy to meet so many people. I know that my life will never be the same after this trip. Thank you so much for your ministry.”
“I really liked everything. It was my first time to participate in a project like this. I really enjoyed that we had time to work, to rest, and to have great conversations and building friendships with each other.”
“The piece and harmony that I could not find at home, I obtained in Holsby. The people that I have met here and the relationships that I observed put many new thoughts into my head.”
